getting ready for the nats - where does this go?

While detailing and fixing a few things
I'm guessing this wire got knocked off.
It's coming out of the wiring harness
near the driver's side headlight, It's
thick (maybe 14 guage) and green. It
has 2 connecters. The far one reaches
the crusie control module and the near
one reaches the charcol canister. Anyone
know what this is and where it connects?

Sounds like the wiring for the horns.
2 of them on my car.
