Yes and Yes. They fit both blocks. And they work very well.

doesnt weber racing somehow utilize the outer 3 bosses on the gn1's? just figured id ask

Not sure if the bigger valve "R" race ported gn1s will work without mods to the cylinder on the 3.8 blocks.
