Hazard button question

I lost my hazard button after taking my column apart. All that's left is a small threaded hole that I can see. I plan to replace the switch but I'll have to wait for it to get here. The problem is right now I can't get the hazards to stop blinking. How can I stop them without actually having the button? Any ideas?

Tried that but still can't get them off. I had the steering wheel off not long ago so thinking I might have left something out or something. I'll take it back apart later and see. Thanks for the help
