Head Bolt Positions Please?

Gentlemen,
I have some ARP head bolts to use on my motor, but I don't know which lengths go where. There are 3 different lengths. Any help is much appreciated. - BB

Also, which bolts need the sealer and which ones need the lube? -BB

Correct me if I'm wrong...Per head, do you have 4 short, 2 med and 2 long bolts??? If that is correct, then the 4 short ones should go to the outside(by the exhaust man), the 2 med ones are the front and rear intake side, and the 2 long ones are the center intake side...

I think that is correct...

Oh yeah, all get sealant on the threads and all get lube under the heads...
