S Stephen Soulsby Senior Member Joined Nov 8, 2001 Jul 14, 2002 #2 I know what you mean. I just had mine welded AGAIN today. The only permnent fix I know if is to buy quality aftermarket headers. The original manifolds always had this problem. Even the intercooled manifolds suffered the same.
