help identifying turbo

Ok, Im completely new to turbos so please bear with me. I just acquired the turbo in the link below in trade for some used gears I had no use for. I know nothing of its hystery at all. If there are any measurements I need to take, please state if they should be in metric or american.

I havent decided what I would use this for if anything at all, so all input is welcome.

I dont really know too much about turbos but it looks either stock or the stock appearing TA49.

Great, well, is it worth tossing on ebay? If so, how much should I expect to get for it? It turns freely and has no play.

A good used stock turbo is worth about $100.00 to $200.00 depending on condition.
