horsepower capabilities of precision front mount intercooler?? 800RWHP?

hey guys after doing my ls swap i kept my old precision front mount on it at the moment. im gonna be running straight pump gas and shooting for 750+ at the wheels with around 15psi. what is the max horsepower limit on this piece? my freind went 9.9 with alky on the buick motor but not sure this intercooler will do what i need with the new setup. thanks

I think you'll be ok. I'd leave it for now and monitor temps when you're done. If it's too high, then I'd replace it.

based on our testing in the past, your inlet temps are going to be in the 170-180 range cooling that much air. It is not if it can handle it. it will work fine but there is a big improvement going to a larger intercooler.

boostednuts yes i got the car running 2 months ago then had a turbo failure and just got it back up and running this past week and looking to get some tuning done when i get time. jason i understand what you are saying and i might look for another intercooler or use the meth kit im not sure yet.
