Houston -> HotRod Power Tour

Hi All,

I'm trying to get a feel for how many peeps from the Houston area will be heading down IH10 to Lake Charles on June 03 for the power tour's stop there. I got on Lake Charles' web site and they have a start time of 14:00. We have a [growing] contigency of cars heading out from Beaumont/Port Arthur area and could meet up on IH10 on the HWY62 truck stop or the rest area just ahead of Orange, TX.

Does anyone know what you get for signing up for an event day? We are considering this, and have an inquiry in to HR... Prolly have to do it to get parking.

Bummer! Just found out if you register for a one day event ($25.00), all you "get" is the right to park with the "tour" instead of the visitor's area. Guess I'll be a spectator this time.

We do have a bunch of guys from the Dallas area going to Shreveport on Wednesday night June 4th and coming back with the tour on Thursday.
