Pipe is 3" and am pretty sure this is not stainless. A magnet sticks well. I know some stainless is magnetic, but let's just call this steel. Looks almost new and you wouldn't guess it is 9 years old because it has no rust, oxidation, or corrosion. I ran it briefly on my GN, but it's been just sitting for quite a while.

Because I'm not sure about shipping costs, how about $55 plus actual UPS shipping.

New price is $55 shipping included. Nice piece. Was never clamped, just tacked in one spot one time. It's 12.5" long.
