How fast stock with new technology

How fast can a turbo regal go in the quarter with stock turbo/innercooler and downpipe with the newer chip technology and alcohol system or even e85?thanks in advance

Not much faster then with old tech. add drag radials and high boost good driver, all over the 11's with moderate difficulty..
Some pros have been 10's but not easy.

I didn't know anyone I was thinking about a 49 until I went and re-read the original post that said "stock turbo"..
