How long will wideband o2 last with leaded race fuel

Thinking of running a race chip just for the track with some leaded 108 octane race fuel. I will be tuning with a power logger and aem wideband. Will the lead kill the sensor quickly or can I expect to get 12+ runs over the weekend.

My SMC kit's pressure is starting to fall off and an Alky Control kit is not in the budget right now.

Any input is appreciated.

I have a aem wideband on my turbo c10 and race fuel killed it within an hour of driving around. My numbers started bouncing around a lot, i replaced the o2 and it solved it.

Depends on the O2 and your luck. Most of us get a track visit or 2.

Cost of O2 sensor and race gas.. sets you back further. Just saying.

My FAST XFI was installed in 2005 and the wideband O2 is still working after ~1000 passes with Sunoco 116 octane.:)

Thats a heated NTK "expensive" sensor. Not your 20-30 dollar 1 wire

1000 passes is only 250 miles :p

That's what I was wondering about. The cost of a new chip, race gas and new wide band o2 sensor almost put's me a 1/3 of the way there...

NGK NTK 24302. Fit's Honda's and Accuras. Don't know if it works with AEM. Works for several widebands though.
