How to find a thread I've posted in??

Been so long since I've been on this site that I can't even find what I'm looking for. How do you find the threads that you've commented on in the past?? When I go to my Alerts, it only shows me back like 2 days.. This should be simple but the yellow text on a black background doesn't make it easy either!!
