How to take OTC 2000 in and out of road test mode?

The info in the book leaves me wondering. How can i move the OTC 2000 in and out of road test mode?

Also, when the unit is in diagnostic, it gives out a 1000rpm idle signal right? IE.. motor should idle at 1k not 2!

for a list of the different parameters.

To get it in and out of ROAD mode, you press F1 and "3" I believe (from memory) ... it might be F1 and "2". F1 and "1" change between metric and english units.
