HR Bar Instructions

I was going to go through and check the torque on all the rear suspension bolts today and was only able to find half of my instructions for the HR Rear Sway Bar. Searching through the forums I found the torque specs but if someone has an electronic copy they could post here so I can stash it for later I would appreciate it.

I could use that as well. I did not install my rear suspension and now my bar shift to the drivers side and hits the exhaust.
