The T centercaps were replaced and the T wheels were restored to original and clear coated.

Do you or anyone have any insight how I can refinish my wheels to look like that? Get them clean? then wetsand the polished surfaces? then clearcoat them? How should I get the wheels clean? Media blasting? What media type?
