Easiest swap piece I've put on this hybrid yet! And I didn't even have to "lose" the bracket, just the one bolt on the back face. BTW, the new alternator came with a gold-irridite finished pulley and the large fan with internal fins. Puts out 14.3V too.

I did this about a year ago. I could not get the SS alternator to work. It was clocked incorrectly. Yes I tryed to reclock it but it still did not work. The Z/28 worked including all the brackets. Ijust had to put a bigger eye on the cable.

I learned the hard way. The GN digital dash doesn't have the resistor inside.
