Hi guys,
My son is a VW nut, and belongs to a forum that started an initiative to lose our WA state front plates, if anyone's interested.
He told me that he could probably get some petitions for us to sign. They are working on an online petition, but we'll see if they get it.
The petition is called I-908, and it needs 240,000 sigs on the sheets. Looks like they still need 115,000. It is up to you, if you want to help.. and you must be a registered voter of WA..

If you can't get the link to work or get an error message, just go to the homepage and click on the "current initiatives to the people" link.
If you want to print the petition, (I can't figure out how do it..) it needs to be printed out in 11 x 17 size paper. Maybe some of you guys can figure out how to get it on that size paper.

If you feel that this is something you feel strongly about, and want to do something to help, please pass the information around to all the local WA forums you can, they need signatures as soon as possible, and lots of them.
I know that you OR folks gotta have front plates too, so I am sorry this doesn't help you guys out!!
