I just installed a front mount intercooler on my car. I see there is a small fan behind the stock intercooler attached to the crank pulley. I assume it is for the intercooler. Is it ok to remove the fan?? I know its a stupid question, but better safe than sorry.

Pull it off nothing to lose but a lil less to turn. which is a good thing
