Intercooler Leak

I put together some PVC fittings and a leak down tester and pressurized my intercooler. I found a leak in the fin area near the end tank (front mount). Is there a product that I can use to plug the leak? I was thinking of JB Weld but not sure if it would hold the pressure.

Has anyone tried silver solder to fix it? If it will stick to it, that would be the way to go. You can get silver solder at any "real" plumbing supply store. Maybe someone will see this that knows and chime in.
