Jason Carter has been racing for years with the help of Job Spetter Jr. and some help for Kenny Duttweiler. They won the Outlaw 10.5 Class at the Orlando World Street Nationals a couple years back. Jason is getting this car back together for some fun this year. It should be good for 200MPH on 10.5Ws.
