have these been test fit on a car?

I haven't done anything with them..They came with a project WE-4 car I bought....The car had several new parts that never made it on the car...Seeing that the WE-4 still has it's original bumpers on it my guess is they have not been test fit....I will say that they came from Kirbans, so I'm betting they are good quality....
