knock!!!

no it hasn't all stock sorry guys will update my sig asap just been busy no ticks knocks coolant checks out fine &thank you guys really diggin all the information you guys been giving me best board hands down!!
 
We care about our Buicks :) (and our people too lol) Just know that you must have a lot of patience and dedication when you own one of these things lol.
 
Check to see if knock sensor is torqued down too tight, im guilty of that in the past.
 
Drain it flush it & try some race fuel or e-85 at tender acceleration and monitor???
 
With a stock turbo, you can get away with a few kr hits if very brief. My guess is that new actuator is allowing too much boost. Don't do things to change boost until you have a boost gauge. You can even just rent a vacuum/boost gauge and throw it on and drive it in a pinch. A gauge is better long term though; you'll need it!
 
Could bypass your boost controller and just use the actuator spring...should only give 18# of boost.
