Well, I can't figure this out totally. I have a billet vac block that leaks pretty much all around the hoses for the fpr, egr, etc. Found some small leaks between the tb and plenum and my fpr leaks at the adjustment screw pretty bad. This all happens at a regulated 23 psi.
Now, the worse part seems to be that my guides aren't holding the charge. Is this normal to see? I'm a little worried since the air leak sounds worse over #1 cylinder. I don't expect a perfect seal, but how much is too much?
My next step was to pressurize the cylinders one by one...but do I use the same psi or should it be more? If so, how much and what kind of leak down rate is acceptable for the cylinders?
