I currently have my drag radials on a set of Weld Drag Stars but would like to stick them on my stock T wheels for a stealthier look. Has anyone tried it? Any rubbing?

The 7" rim will tend to wear the center of the threads out faster-you re better off with a 8" rim, I have 2 american outlaw 8.5" rims if you re interested.

Mine fit fine, no rubbing with the stock t wheels. Looks really good too. They are m/t also, Im not sure about other brands but yours should be ok.

Ive got some 275/60's on my Grand National wheels, I also have some 26x11.5 ET streets on some T-type rims. I don't have any rubbing going on with either rim/tire combo.

fit fine on my stock t wheels. Did rub at first, but swapped out my old springs and rubbing issues went away.

No rubing with 275x50 Nittos on stock 7" or stock widened to 9.5".

Had the wheels widened to 9.5" & they look original.

Thanks, Russ!

Think I may go ahead and swap the 275s over to my stock T wheels. The Weld Drag Stars are just a bit too "showy".
