Good Morning,
I have heard Pro and Con on this. Should I remove the MAF sensor screen? It is NOT the original MAF but an aftermarket one. Red Armstrong suggests it but will it really make a difference? Thank You in advance. Russ:confused:

If it only has one screen, don't do it!! There is a 99.9% chance the car will run like $hit if you remove it. If it has 2 screens, then you can get away with removing one screen.

It's been proven there is little to no gains by removing them.

Thanks

Thank You.
I will leave it alone. Just cleaning my air filter and thought while I had it apart I would give it a try. Maybe someday I can get a "Speed Density" system but for now I want to DRIVE the car. Thanks Again. Russ:smile:

+1 The screens are there for a reason. :)
