hey, im about to get a manual boost gauge. i belive it is similar to rjc gauge. i would like my car to be set to 15lbs of boost, maybeup to 18lbs when i get knock gauge. my first question is does it matter where i place it? do i need to place it before the y in the tube that goes to actuator from solenoid or do i place it after y in hose to actuator? the latter placing it closer to actuator after the y in hose. next was wondering how many times to screw in controller to set to 15lbs? and finally, how long or short should i set the actuator arm? i guess how many threads from being screwed all the way to the left where screw is closer to wastegate, the higest setting. thanks

You really want...

to measure the pressure in the manifold. That's why some guys place a tap in their spacer, or tap into the map line.
