Motec question

I am getting close to racing a car I am restoring. The car was built by someone who likes to use Motec in his cars. I notice their is no O2 sensors installed. The car is set up to run a max of 17 lbs in the Motec. Does this mean there is no feature that will add or subtract fuel when running the car? Motec is supposed to be one of the best, am I giving up a lot of power by not having O2 sensors?

Don't know much about a Motec other then they are pricey! Duttweiler uses one.

Notacarlo thanks. I started to understand the Fast system in the last car I had and the addition or subtraction of fuel gave me an indication of the state of my tune. Without being on a dyno I wonder how you know if you have a good tune ?
