I am wanting to post a video but need to do some editing. is there a program that I can down load that will allow me to edit a DVD? I used one that came on my computer but there was no sound and it wanted me to pay 35 dollars for the upgrade. I don't plan on doing a lot of videos so I don't want to pay a lot of money. the dvd was recorded off my camcorder on a dvr. I looked up some downloads but I dont know witch to trust. thank you. if I need to buy somthing whats good?
