Needed Soon! Known Good Turbo

I'm looking for a known good turbo. I need to be able to bolt it up and have it work perfectly the first time. It cannot have bad seals, shaft play, etc... It MUST be in perfect working order. The size is not really a concern, no larger than a TE63 though. A stock '87 turbo would be perfect. Please let me know what you have.

I'm not looking to spend a lot for one($225 range).
