Depends on what model and and it's power. They will or maybe have already released dual-core Ion processors.
Not sure about netflix, depends on it resolution. Should be able to hand Youtube if you stay in the SD and not HD resolutions.
Just don't get the super small netbooks, stay north of 10 inches.
The Asus 1005HA and the similar models are great computers. I was thinking about getting one a while ago, but decided that adding a external CD drive made it in to the area of regular notebooks.
