Maybe your pump is junk?

One contact Steve at SMC.

Two, you can verify you have 12 volts getting to the pump when the test button is pressed. you will have to measure voltage across the red and black wires.

If you have voltage, you may have a bad connection on the bottle terminal or a bad pump. You can with a long test probe measure on the pump itself. If on the pump itself it has 12 volts across the terminals, then the pump is bad.

If no voltage at the pump, dash controller or wiring has gone bad.

Found the problem the red wire going to my control box rattled loose or something. goes to show that it pays to slow down and take a second look at things thanks alot guy
