I wiped my cam, and had the motor rebuilt rather than just throwing a cam back in there and taking my chances. I took the radiator to the radiator shop and had the oil cooler cleaned out. The guy swore up and down he could get whatever was in there, if anything, out. Should I be good to go, or could there be metal still stuck in there? I believe that the cam had been wearing down for a long time and slowly disentegrated rather than just happening all at once.
