OTC Pathfinder 4000E manual

I got a good deal on a OTC Pathfinder 4000E scanner. Unfortunately, there were no directions. A friend helped me with basic operation, but I need help with details, especially recording data while driving.I was able to buy a user's manual from the manufacturer, but it keeps refering to a "Reference Manual" for operational details. Anyone know where I might get one? The manufacturer doesn't stock them anymore.

hello; I'd keep checking E-bay as they come up every now and then but that's usually with the unit manual combined. I have one that I'm keeping but I'll lend it to you. I want it back in the same condition but I might change my mind.
