7 77 cruiser Well-Known Member Joined May 24, 2001 Mar 11, 2016 #1 Deepened the pan 5/8 of an inch, to 3 inches. But I had to put a couple of stands to keep the filter in place. So really only gained 1/8 plus bottom feed instead of top.

Click to expand... That's what I was trying to get away from the quart over, mine always seem to push a little out the vent, when overfull.
