I recently bought a Pats 10" 3200 L/U converter. Its a little tight for my combo and i need to loosen it up a bit so it can spool my 6776 faster. I take it that they measure the stall speeds at 5lbs of boost with our cars so at 5lbs ill get right around 32OO, 2800 at zero boost. Just not enough to get the car to hit the tire hard and use all of first gear. So my questions is how do i get a true 34-3500 stall with them if they measure theres a little different. Do i order a 38-3900 and then it will be around 34-3500 at zero?

Thank you

Give him the info you just gave us and that you need another 400rpm or so get the turbo going. He can handle it from there.
