Great lookin' rig. Do you tow at night? Have you ever considered connecting the stop/taillights of the car to the tow rig? I think this would be the hot setup and I will likely do it before my outing next year. A diode block from Blue Ox, a Modulite and the balls to cut into the cars wiring harness. Not as effective for all you enclosed trailer types.

Ive wanted to do the same thing, the harness is actually a quick connector inside the trunk.
No wires would need to be spliced on the cars end.
Would be very nice.

Also I am gonna replace these trailor lights with some LED units!! These conventional bulbs suck..

Open the trunk and look at the drivers side 1/4 panel where the floor meets the 1/4.
You will see the harness grounded there, and thats the quick disconnect.

Probably find a donor harness to do the plug and play at the bone yard.

Dont scotch lock it, those suck.
