Hi, what is the recomended gap on spark plug for my GN ,stock with flowmasters and K&N cold air intake. Thanks Popalo

Use autolitre 23 and gap at 32!!! stock boost
If you turn the boost up with an alky kit tighten up the gap 30 at 25lbs
over 25 lbs tighten to 28

have used these on my own car and have had GREAT RESULTS!!!

or NGK UR5's with similar gapping..... but JDs Car is much faster than mine so go with what he says ;)

Am I the only one still happy with plain ole AC CR4XTS's?

I'd get rid of the flowmasters before I started nitpicking over plug gaps.

This is fisrt time i hear flowmasters suck. Why and what is best ?

It's because of all the baffling... Too much back pressure. Best bet would be a straight through design. I use ATR pit bulls. But you can use whatever brand .

They don't play well with turbo's. In layman's terms, the exhaust wheel in our systems physically chop up the sound waves after they leave the engine. The flowmasters aren't designed for what we're doing to them and just can't do the job.

Plus, I think I read on their website you have a to have a mullet for them to work on a non turbo setup. So that's strike two for me.
