Precision 6262 guys, what rpm or boost do you leave at?

Used to have a TE 44 and would go ~1.6x. Put a 6262 on it and can't 60ft for crap. Have been 11.34 with a 1.69 60ft at 119. Norwalk today was dissapointing with this thing and as good as that track hooks. Launched with 4lbs and went 11.55 w/ a 1.80 6ft. Where do you guys leave with this turbo, I am all over the place from 11.3 to 11.8 with 60's between bad 1.6 and 2.0????? 2 Step is next but I just want decent times and 60fts with consistency.
 
With a 9.5" PTC like the ones i run most will typically net 1.55-1.6 with a low boost foot brake launch.

Best was 1.52 with 5psi.......hot night, 85 degrees, ran 10.60.....
On a much cooler night, launched at 3psi and 1.54...10.54.
With old unopened motor, launched with 6psi...1.56 ....ran 11.65 @115....
All on foot brake, hooks good if track prepared properly.
Waiting till fall to run again, to hot in Florida.....
 
I just don't get why mine won't 60. I will see what happens when I get the 2 Step and if I can't low 1.6 to 1.5's I will start to look at the shocks (which are 10yr old KYBs) and then maybe the coverter. The best this year has been 1.68 on an 11.34 pass.
 
I have the same turbo but not alot of track time yet...Last year the best 60ft was 1.95 worst was 2.1....For now I'm blaming the tires, some old BFG drag radials....As soon as i get my w/band issues sorted out and put on the new Mickey's I'm going to the track and I will let you know if I still have the same issue as you!! As far as RPM around 2900 and 0 lbs of boost the tires start spinning so I launch softly and roll out which I know is killing me!!!
