this is an H cover turbo.. which is 4" in and 3" OD out. Cas V1 pipes should bolt right up unless they aren't stock.

It's a GTQ wheel which is a 68mm exhaust wheels...

Believe Jason white has run his first 8 on a turbo like this....but in 3 bolt.
