Problem with pictures

I have the 2 pictures below it looks like the bottom round thing is rubbing on my motor. Are those adjustable up and down? I hit a bump today and after that it started making this rubbing sound.

by the way it looks like the harmonic balancer is hitting what i think is the water pump housing or bolt to housing yes or no? If it is i would say the balancer is loose not adjustable just trorque it down not sure about how many feet pounds though i'm sure someone will chime in if it is worn badly you may need to replace it.

Aftermarket stock location intercooler bracket.

Looks like your running a front mount right????????
