PT-70 Turbonetics

Could anyone tell me if a PT-70 Turbonetics turbo would work with a 3200 Art Carr Lock up Converter? The turbo is approx. 2 - 3 years old and only has 150 mile with no passes down the track. Is it possible it is a double ball bearing turbo becuase that is what I was told? I have read that a double ball bearing turbo would work with a 3200 -3400 stall. Could anyone let me if this is correct?

The engine is .030 over and has a stroked crank, forged rods and pistons. Everything is ported and polished also. I'm not sure of the cam size but my machine guy said I would not be able to put a larger cam because of clearances due to the stroker crank so I would assume it it pretty large. I also have stock plenum with RJC powerplate. If anymore info is needed to determine this please let me know.

I have that same turbo on my are with a 3200 l/u and it seem to work will, but I do have lager gear in the rear end. It's only 1 BB.
