It's a to4e 60 trim compressor and t350 turbine. Limited to about 53lbs/min by the compressor and needs at least a 2800 converter. typical e.t potential is bottom 11's running it hard with good air.

The turbo is attached to the I/c not the intake if you have 87 headers and d/p and a I/c it will work.
