Pulse width

So I got my power logger to work, at least for a little while. And my pulse width is jumping erratically. Around 2. Something and change, then spikes to 16. Something for a split second, and happens quite often. Also my duty cycle it's reading over 200 percent.
Are these signs of a problem?

Sound like a bad connection between the Powerlogger and ECM. I would remove it and clean the edge connector again.

No such luck with changing the pulse width. For the few seconds it stayed connected it was still spiking erratically. Still over 200 percent
