As the title states.
This scam is regarding my purchase of a A-pillar gauge pod from Gbody Parts.
From what I understand, Brain Weaver is the owner of G-body parts.com.
And to put it mildly, This guy is a lying weasel.
1. He does not give any indication that the A-pillar gauge pod I purchased does not fit nor is it shaped anywhere near close to the stock pillar trim piece.
2. Once I disclosed this, he gives me the quintessential BS of how many hes sold without a problem, thus indicating I must be the problem.
3. For a T-top car, which is what I have, You must cut the piece to get it to fit in the spot where it goes. These people are so ignorant that they don't even realize that This instruction is on the ebay ad for the piece they are selling. Below is an example of an ad for a gray one. Additionally, It was only after doing so that I was able to position it and see just how poorly this piece is made. It has not provision to intersect to the upper trim and has large gaps along the length.
4. I disclosed to this weasel that I cut the piece but still desire to return. He accepted my return and then, only after I found a box and paid to return, claimed that I never said that it was cut before he accepted the return. Below is the actual email chain that proves he is a Lying WEASEL...
5. Now I am out of the money as well as the crappy piece.
I have a serious build that I have literally spent 10s of thousands of dollars on just the engine alone.
And I am going to tolerate and put this crap on my car?
Fat chance...I have no time or patients for someone like this.
Hey Brian!!! Here's a novel idea!!! Hows about accurately describing the product before you peddle it?
I have been selling items on ebay as well as other outlets and always took pride in detailing accurately exactly what I was selling.
Brian is a Friggin Jagoff that purposefully omits key details.. Plain and simple
My advice, stay away from this Jagoff.
On a side note, I asked Mike from Mikes Montes about this piece, he said he doesn't carry it because it looks like somebody carved the mold free-hand from a piece of wood. I would only add that they were probably blindfolded as well.
