The turbo looks oily, It was leaking at the turbo drain and I sprayed the bolts with PB blaster.

Are the valve cover tall. for roller rockers, if so I'll take them

The valve covers will clear 1.55s the way they are. You'll have to run spacers if you have 1.65s.
