s-10 front brake ?

I have been reading on the 98 - 05 s-10 front brake swap. My question is we are suppose to use the 2wd front spindles, is there difference between the 2wd and 4wd spindles? other then the 4wd spindles have big hole thru them for axle. as where the 2wd is more or less solid in the middle. I plan on doing this swap. havent found but one set of 2wd spindles and a truck load of 4wd spindles. Is it really gonna make a big difference? these are the only used pieces that I am going to use. all other pieces will be reman or new. jus part of the complete front end rebuild I am planning. eventually to be done.

You can only use the 2WD spindles Mouse. The 4WD spindles mount entirely different and won't work.
