Scan Master 2.0 ?

I installed a PL in my car but my SM is the 2.0 version is it worth upgrading so I can put the chip in it that came with the PL ?

the scanmaster may be too old to upgrade, you need to open the unit and look inside.

If it is too old, you can sell it and buy a 2.1.

I think connecting the scanmaster to the PL is one of the big advantages of the PL.

Mine is the non update able one. I will sell it and upgrade as I plan to add wide band also. Thanks for the link
