Is the chip a race or street chip and what combo is it set up for

Here's the specifics on the chip....21-23 deg of timing and 21-23psi

Combo was a stock block with mild hyd roller camshaft and bolt-ons. Car went high 6's in the eighth with this chip. It's a good street or race chip.
