seat belt question

do the seat belts work for our cars out of 4 doors? I found a 4 door cutlass with very nice interior and it has excellent belts. It is a brogham edition if it makes a difference

No the retractor halves are different. The difference is in the inertia locks. Look in the door jamb and the sedans should have a plunger type instead of the lever type used in the coupes.
