Security light flashing

Hi Guys and Gals,
Late this afternoon the security light on the dash started flashing on my Turbo T. Can someone tell me how I get it to stop? It is actually only on when the car is off. It goes off as soon as ignition is on. Your help would be appreciated.

My car just started magically doing this this afternoon. Did you ever get a fix on this problem??

yeah i can get it to stop blinking by unplugging the trunk switch but it would be great if it would work like its supposed to. Anyone have a thought?

Mine did that a couple of years ago and I traced to the drivers side door lock/alarm mec. I cleanedit and packed with dielctric grease .(the wire with the spring) and it is still fine now!On my friends car it was the trunk lock.His is also still working today.Hope that helps.
